Engineering
You can work safely with the knowledge that every Croft Structure comes 100% certified by an independent engineer, guaranteeing it has been manufactured and built to specification.
Not only that, Croft Structures can help with your site or location engineering requirements. We can arrange site specific engineering, engineered drawings, provide details on shipping container hold down, ballast or foundations. Plus if you need engineering reports or certificates for any modifications, we can help with those too.
We’re also able to work with subcontractors and other 3rd parties like Building Surveyors to ensure compliance is ticked off if required. Whether its is a dome roof kit structure, greenhouse or animal shelter, Croft Structures have the engineering and compliance skills to get the job done.
Construction
The team that design and manufacture your structure are the same team that come to site and complete the installation. There are no subcontractors to manage, just one point of call for the complete process.
In fact, the build process begins before anyone sets foot on the site. As safety is our number one priority, we make sure all of our team participates in a rigorous induction process, and all license and training requirements are met before we get on with the build.
Starting with a site inspection, we assess any challenges that may arise. Including preparing appropriately for ground surface variations, weather conditions, site specific requirements and work health safety restrictions or challenges.
We supply copies of safe worth methods (SWMS) and Insurance certificates to ensure that both parties agree and understand the legal regulations and works to be completed.
We incorporate the use of scissor lifts, cranes and the necessary plant to ensure the works are completed efficiently, on time and in a safe manner.
Our team of experienced and agile installers love a challenge and will work with you to get the job done! On time, on budget with no hidden surprises!
Compliance
At Croft Structures, not only do we stand by our products but we give you our word too. In writing! Documentation and communication are key to a successful business transaction
That’s why everything from start to finish gives you all the information you need. Our original quote is detailed to your enquiry so it can feature everything from price, concept drawings and sketches, lead time, payment terms, quote validity and pictures. Plus engineered drawings can be supplied if that’s an option you’ve selected.
But it doesn’t stop there!
On delivery of your Croft Structure you’ll be provided with everything from complete assembly instructions and isometric drawings and the all important components checklist.
Plus if you’ve organised Croft Structures to complete the installation for you too, we’ll also provide Safe Work Methods Documentation and any site induction or required forms like SWMS, hot work permits, work licences and certificate of currencies for Work cover and insurance related items.
